The victims are all young women, and each has been killed in a ritualistic manner. Delaware and Sturgis soon realize that the killer is not just a random psychopath, but someone who is driven by a powerful and uncontrollable urge to kill.
As the body count rises, Delaware and Sturgis must race against time to stop the killer before he strikes again. But the closer they get to the truth, the more dangerous their investigation becomes.
