Teaching Career

Founding of Ursuline College

Under Pick's leadership, Ursuline College quickly gained a reputation for academic excellence and social responsibility. It became a hub for intellectual and cultural exchange, empowering women to become leaders in their communities and professions.

National Recognition

Pick's contributions to education and women's rights earned her national recognition. In 1930, she received the Laetare Medal, the highest honor bestowed by the University of Notre Dame on Catholic lay persons.
